Shipping & Handling

All orders are processed and shipped with care to ensure the highest quality experience upon receiving.

Billing address must match parcel destination - all orders are subjected to undergo verification. Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed or canceled.

Processing Times

Please note: Express shipping applies to transit time once shipped. Processing times, weekends, holidays, and carrier delays (including weather) are not included.

Bundles & Lace: Please allow 3-4 days fulfillment from initial order placement date regarding all bundle/lace purchases.

Custom Units: Please allow 10-15 business days after processing for your custom unit to be delivered. Item shipment may possibly be subject to delay depending on order volume.

Each custom unit is crafted and made to order per exact specifications. Processing times reflect the level of detail and quality put into each piece.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays and may vary during high-volumes periods,

 

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via standard or selected shipping method.

• Orders placed MON-FRI before 9am my ship same day (excluding custom units).
• A signature is required upon delivery for all orders.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure a valid email is entered at check out.

 

Delays

Nnestyledyou is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

 

Failed Delivery/Returned Packages

Failure to sign for or receive your package may result in the item being returned or held at your local carrier facility. Any reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
